Jarvis Cloud Email Terms of Use

Updated October 7, 2026. These terms cover the current private Jarvis Cloud Email feature provided by House of NIVREK.

Authorized use

Use the feature only with an account you own or are authorized to access. Keep your Google account and private Jarvis sign-in secure. Keep passwords and authorization tokens out of chat and contact forms.

Current functionality

Connecting a Gmail Inbox requests read-only access and displays Inbox headers and available plain-text messages. Optional Gmail sending requires separate Google authorization and your review of each complete email. Jarvis sends only the selected account, recipients, subject and message you choose to send. A provider acceptance receipt does not confirm recipient delivery. Uncertain send attempts are not automatically repeated. Connecting an Inbox does not authorize sending, mail modification, spending or other external actions.

Availability and control

Availability depends on Google authorization, provider limits, network access and the hosting services. Continuous availability and complete message rendering are not guaranteed. Use your normal email service for urgent or critical communication.

You can disconnect the cloud account in Jarvis and separately revoke its Google access. Data handling and retention are described in the Privacy policy. Changes requiring additional Google access will need separate authorization.
