Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping: $8.99 on orders under $75.
Free shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Carrier and delivery time

Orders ship via USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow 24 hours, check with neighbors or building management, and contact USPS with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, email contact@houseofnivrek.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
