Refund policy

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping: $8.99 on orders under $75.
Free shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Processing time: 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Carrier: Orders ship via USPS.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please allow 24 hours, check with neighbors or building management, and contact USPS with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, email contact@houseofnivrek.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns and exchanges

We encourage mindful purchases because our products are handcrafted in small batches.

Eligibility: Candles, wax melts, and apparel must be unused or unworn, in their original packaging or with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
How to start: Email contact@houseofnivrek.com with your order number. In most cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. In some cases, return-shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available upon request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged for another scent or size within the 14-day return window.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email contact@houseofnivrek.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
