Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $8.99 on orders under $75.
- Free shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
- Carrier: Orders ship via USPS.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please allow 24 hours, check with neighbors or building management, and contact USPS with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, email contact@houseofnivrek.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns and exchanges
Candles, wax melts, and apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused or unworn, in their original packaging or with tags attached.
To start a return, email contact@houseofnivrek.com with your order number. In most cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. In some cases, return-shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available upon request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Eligible items may also be exchanged for another scent or size within the return window.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@houseofnivrek.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Gift returns and final-sale items
Eligible gift returns are refunded as store credit. Gift cards and limited-release items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
