Jarvis Channel Connection Terms of Use

Document version: 2026-10-07.1. Prepared October 7, 2026. These terms cover the private Jarvis YouTube connection provided by House of NIVREK. The connection is available to the authorized Jarvis owner.

Authorized use and provider terms

Use the feature only with a YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your Google account and private Jarvis sign-in secure. Keep passwords and authorization tokens out of chat and contact forms.

This feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Review the Jarvis Channel Connection Privacy Policy before authorizing the connection.

Current functionality and control

The initial connection requests read-only Google access and displays the selected channel and recent uploaded-video titles and identifiers. Connecting a channel does not authorize publishing, video changes, spending, autonomous account actions or access to another social service.

Automated retention cleanup is configured. a connection that has no successful channel read for 28 days expires; cleanup removes its stored data and you must connect again. YouTube setup requires a separate Google app/project from the email feature.

Optional visibility changes require additional Google access and must be enabled separately. Before such a change, Jarvis shows the selected channel, existing owned video, previous visibility and requested public, unlisted or private visibility. You must approve that exact review before Jarvis submits it. Jarvis does not silently change the reviewed target or visibility. Expired or changed reviews require a fresh review.

A provider acceptance receipt does not guarantee that every viewer will immediately see the final state. An uncertain attempt is not automatically repeated. Check the video directly in YouTube Studio before choosing to make another attempt. Jarvis can open eligible videos in YouTube’s embedded player or link to YouTube. Playback availability depends on YouTube and the device browser; a connected channel does not guarantee that every video can be embedded. This software does not upload new videos, download audiovisual files, post comments or delete videos.

Availability and disconnecting

Availability depends on Google authorization, eligible channels, provider quotas and limits, network access and hosting services. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Use YouTube Studio for urgent channel management or features outside the implemented connection.

Disconnecting a selected channel in Jarvis deletes its local connection data and related reviews/receipts, and attempts to revoke its Google authorization. The result distinguishes confirmed Google revocation from a request that could not be confirmed. You can also remove access in Google Account connections. Google revocation may affect other YouTube grants for that same Google account using the same Google app; unrelated local channel records are not automatically deleted. Disconnecting does not delete your channel or videos from YouTube or undo an action YouTube already accepted. Data handling, conditional automated retention and deletion requests are described in the Privacy policy. Additional Google access or materially changed data use needs additional authorization or agreement as applicable.
